How a stay is confirmed
An enquiry by phone or WhatsApp does not confirm a booking. The accommodation must confirm availability and provide the price and applicable terms.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is by 11:30. Code access is provided to the premises and apartment. Any change to these times must be agreed in advance.
Cancellation and payment
Please ask about cancellation terms. Before confirming the booking, we will provide the price and the payment and cancellation terms applicable to your stay.
Laundry facilities
Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer in the shared laundry room is free of charge.
Guests staying
The maximum capacity is four guests per apartment. Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight.
Pets
Pets require prior approval from the accommodation. Please ask us before booking.
House rules
Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors and in communal areas. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests and neighbours.
Looking after the apartment
Keep the apartment in good condition and report any damage or problems. When leaving, switch off the lights and air conditioning and close the doors and windows.
